Our Shipping Policy
To qualify for free shipping, your order total must be at least $150 before taxes, discounts, or other fees. A shipping charge of $20 will be added to orders under that amount.
- The free shipping offer is only applicable to orders placed online through fasteninghouse.comand is subject to change without notice.
- The free shipping offer applies only to shipping addresses within Canada.
- Oversized items that need to be delivered via freight carriers may not be eligible for free shipping.
- Free shipping will not apply if any purchase of an eligible item is cancelled, resulting in a total purchase of less than $150.
How Orders Are Shipped and Delivered
- Orders will be shipped directly to the shipping address you have provided.
- Orders being shipped to a PO Box will be shipped via Canada Post and may not weigh more than 50lbs.
- Orders are shipped via standard ground shipping usually within one business day from the time the order is placed.
- Shipments are normally scheduled to arrive Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (local time).
- If you are not present to accept your shipment, a shipping notification card with further details will be issued as all deliveries require a signature.
- Multiple items may be shipped separately due to size or availability and may arrive at different times.
