Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our Policy

• All items returned for a refund or exchange must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• If applicable, the return freight will be at the purchaser’s expanse.

Our Return Process

1. First, you need to email us (sales@fasteninghouse.com) to request your refund before we can assign a return number to you.
2. Once you have obtained a return number, please bring or mail the item to:Fastening House, Head Office

3. If you are sending the item via mail, you must include the original receipt alongside a signed letter explaining the reason for the return. You must present your original receipt also if you are bringing the item back in person.

Exceptions

Merchandise that has been used, opened, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
